Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size, certification level and any notes you add. We ask for these because they are what our operating partner needs to check permit availability.
Information collected automatically. Standard analytics data including pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device and browser type, and referring source. We use Google Analytics for this.
We do not collect payment card details on this site. Payment is handled directly by the tour operator.

We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and any consent given can be withdrawn at any time.
Enquiry details are shared with Remarkable Borneo Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, the licensed operator handling bookings, and with the resort where a booking is confirmed. This is necessary to check permits and complete a reservation. They process your data under their own privacy terms.
We also use service providers for website hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our instructions.
We disclose data to authorities only where required by Malaysian law.
We use cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — for example, to respond to your enquiry or process your booking — or as required by law. After that, it's securely deleted or anonymised.
